Do You Get To Enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner...Or Do You Have To Work?!

Every year Black Friday is a big deal with people going into work at some ridiculous hour such as 2 or 3 AM and shoppers lining up around the same time. I've never quite understood this and have only ever shopped during one black friday; last year I went to Walmart, I don't even remember at what time, and was in and out of there within 15 minutes with a new PS3.
But this year, I don't blame-and even ENCOURAGE-those who have to work "black friday" to go on STRIKE...because now the majority of stores are opening on THURSDAY November 22nd-Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving is supposed to be a time where we are thankful for our family, our friends, our job, our home, and everything we have. It is a time to gather with those you love and appreciate life over a tasty meal! But how can you do that if you have to be at work at 4 PM ON THANKSGIVING DAY?! And honestly, why in the world are you shopping at this time? Go home and spend time with your family...don't worry about the latest gadget at the cheapest price.
I will NOT be shopping on black friday, or thursday, and encourage those workers who are scheduled to strike. We should all have a day off to spend with family...Black friday is getting out of control.
